There is a difference between being frugal and stingy. This is the same difference that exists between a wise person and a miser. The frugal sees the value behind the money, the miser sees only the price in the money. The frugal spends wisely, the miser does not spend even on good opportunities.

Now if the whole world will see a difficult time, our country will also see it. At this time, the countrymen have to be thrifty and not stingy. And there are many forms of being frugal. For example, noise barrier – i.e. avoid noise. Green Corridor- Protect the environment. Use EV so that electricity consumption is less. We will have to work at many levels.
