Pt. Vijayshankar Mehta
Those who have little experience in the world of business and are older, complain that the way of working of the new generation is troubling them. People change jobs like changing peanuts and throwing away their peels. People have the same complaint about this generation at home also. Whereas if we look at it, it is not the fault of this generation. The whole nature has either changed or we have changed it.
In such a situation, it is not possible for children to live the same way as the old people. Pay attention to some words when we are dealing with these children. Naaz-Nakhre: Naaz means pride as well as pampering. Tantrums means stubbornness. Both these things have been present in this generation since birth. Similarly, anger and scolding: There is a little bit of revenge in anger and the intention to convert it into scolding.
It is better to scold the children rather than get angry at them. And make it a habit to forgive this generation. Because when we forgive someone, the environment around us becomes very positive. If not today then tomorrow the children will feel it.
