These days, what most people are worried about is the matter of sleep. Some people sleep very little and some sleep untimely. Recently I met a big politician and he said that for years I have been sleeping for four-five hours. After some time he also said that these days my memory is getting a little weak.

I am feeling a strange tiredness, whereas I still have to go ahead in politics. It is from here that we all are going to learn that playing with sleep will prove fatal. If you are sleeping less than six hours and taking up sleep untimely, then disorders like insomnia, sleep apnea and Alzheimer’s will come into your life.

So first of all, no matter how busy you are, you should sleep for seven hours. And set a rule that do not stay in bed till one hour after sunrise and go to sleep six hours after sunset. Nature has created the human body with certain rules and when the rules of sleep are broken then deadly diseases are waiting for their way to enter the body.
