In our country there are two representative words for food – dal and roti. The entire food is contained in it. It is said that this is the most convenient food for digestion. The rest of the dishes are extensions of these. Digestion power should also be good. Now we have started eating one more food these days, and that is anger. Very few people know that anger affects not only the mind but also the digestive level. Anger not only hurts the neuro-hormonal system but can also cause stomach upset. Whenever you get angry, think about whether discipline or ego is behind it. Don’t do your image-making out of anger. Sometimes the angry person feels that if my height would be higher, people would recognize me, I would become a different character. This should not be done. Anger hurts the whole life and nothing is bigger than life. If you want to reduce anger, keep your digestion system good. Forgiveness is like food and patience is bread. If you keep eating these pulses and bread, anger will not spoil your digestion.
