Excuses have to be transformed into lies again and again, so give up the habit of making excuses. Whatever work you do, do it with seriousness, dedication and honesty. Excuse is a kind of dishonesty and if it becomes a habit then excuse will become a crime. If you don’t do a lot of work, it means you will have to make excuses. It is also the opposite. If you work less, you will be making excuses to others and if you work too much, you will be making excuses to yourself. This is the time of hustle-culture. Working continuously and excessively to achieve a big goal is called hustle culture. In this you are putting five things at stake – health, sleep, rest, social relations and family relations. People work continuously for 10-12 hours and believe that they get results only by working hard. But if you work for 10 hours, then do 8 hours to give results, but 2 hours to give strength to those 8 hours. Be it personal interest, yoga, spending time with family.
