God is not a matter of doubt, but of curiosity. When doubt becomes too much, people blame their ignorance on God. Our ignorance, our ego distances us from God. Kakbhushundi ji is saying – You are stubborn only in doubt, your ignorance is on Ram. They doubt due to foolish stubbornness and blame their ignorance on Shri Ram ji.

He said this because the bird king Garuda had become suspicious of Shri Ram ji. To solve his problem, Kakabhushundi ji narrated Ramcharita to him. The easiest way to connect with God and trust Him is to do devotion. Devotion can easily be achieved in life if three things are combined – love, devotion and affection.

Love happens with similar people. It is flat. Respect comes from one’s elders. Affection is towards the younger ones. If these three become rhythmic and blend into each other, then it becomes devotion. The devotee is curious, but does not remain doubtful.
