Don’t make the mistake of considering silence as a physical activity. Physical action is silence, silence is a spiritual phenomenon. Nowadays AI is called force multiplier. That is, a device that increases power manifold. The tool that boosts our self-confidence is silence. And there is a great need for it today, because about 4 crore people in the country are victims of anxiety. The cure is silence.

Of our 10 senses, there are 5 senses. If we do one of these five Panchakarmas, our silence will reduce. Close your eyes. This is the first sense. Take long breaths through the nose, second. Third, give complete rest to the ears. Become hearing impaired. The fourth sense is skin, give it a pure environment.

And the fifth sense is the tongue – if you want, in silence, fold your tongue inwards and touch it to the palate. This Panchakarma of five senses will bring you into silence. Then you will be free from anxiety in this time of hustle and bustle. No pressure, no stress. You do something, let something happen and a situation will arise.
